From the very beginning, “Customer-oriented” is one of Techking's core values and the guidance of Techking staff’s action for the business. As an excellent tire solution provider, Techking is gradually adopting the customer-oriented Three-lever Development Model that covers an integrated product development system, a localized marketing system, and a specialized service system.
According to the different requirements of different customers, Techking provides flexible tire solutions as well as a variety of value-added services, customized marketing is the most important one among them, especially for the long-term cooperated strategic customers, Techking provides them with diverse training and promotional materials such as customized catalogs, posters, website design, etc.
At the end of April 2022, the Techking African team held a second-time online training for our biggest distributor in Africa. Following the first-time training, the second one focused still on the on-site service. 52 persons from 21 branches of this distributor participated in it and took an active part in this online training. As per the statistics, they showed their appreciation and recognition when the training ended. As we do usually, we shared all the training materials with participants for subsequent review after the training.
In the future, such kind of customized training will become routine work for the Techking African team. We will accommodate the varying needs of customers, and provide more valuable, diversified services for them.
