On 25th March, the Techking Team traveled from Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, to Kumilla. The purpose of the trip was to address the issue of “tire failure of some particular batches of tires”. To do this, we organized a face-to-face conference with all end users to answer their questions.

A total of nineteen end users were present. One of whom had been using Techking Tires for almost three years to run his business of livestock transportation between Dhaka and Kumilla. He reported that some batches of tires had a slightly shorter service life at the same wheel position, and some tires had separation problems.

In response to their question, we carried out a one-to-one analysis. Tire separation might be caused by different factors or it might be a problem with the manufacturing process. The tire pressure maintenance, as well as abnormal operation during driving, can affect the service life of the tire. In response to these considerations, we communicated with the end users and explained to them. We also made it clear that we and our agents have a comprehensive claims procedure and will handle it as soon as possible if it is a problem with the manufacturing process. Besides, our technical team will continue to optimize the manufacturing technology and our service team will increase on-site inspection to reduce the occurrence of claims for tires.
