The 6th National Green Mining Development Conference was held in Beijing from April 13th to 15th, sponsored by Zhongguancun Green Mine Industry Alliance, with the theme of "concept-led, science and technology innovation, green and efficient, and accelerated development". To achieve industrial upgrading, more than 600 representatives from competent departments, association leaders, scientific research institutes, equipment manufacturers, mining enterprises, etc. attended the conference, and as a mining operation industry chain enterprise, Techking attended the conference.
In the Green Mine Outstanding Representative Achievement Report session, the conference presented awards to units and individuals who won the 2022 Green Mine Science and Technology Award for their outstanding contributions to the promotion of advanced and applicable technologies for green mines and the green development of mining industry, which is a national social science and technology award (same as provincial and ministerial level) announced by the National Science and Technology Award Office. Of its research achievements in mining dump truck tires and large LHD tires, Techking was successfully selected as the winner of the "Basic Research Category" and awarded the honorary certificate.
Aiming at the core pain point of early tire failure in the mining industry, Techking has made an innovative design of the tire structure for mining dump trucks, which effectively improves the force on the tire and reduces the failure rate of the shoulder. From the analysis of test data, the failure rate and fuel consumption of mining dump truck tires with this technology have achieved a reduction, while the failure of other parts has not been generated after three rounds of product life cycle verification. At present, the technology has been applied to a total of 8 products of two specifications, 14.00R25 and 16.00R25 of Techking, which can effectively reduce the amount of waste tires, transportation fuel consumption, and carbon dioxide emissions with significant environmental protection value if it is applied on a large scale.
