Techking is further establishing its presence in Laos, and recently, Techking visited a coal mine site in Laos to closely monitor and report on tire usage, as well as provide technical training and service support to our customer.

At present, the site employs three Techking products: TK329, TK609, and ETRTV, which are mounted on 70 trucks. Techking team conducted a comprehensive survey of the mine site, including the loading and unloading areas, as well as the transportation roads, to gain a thorough understanding of the on-site conditions. All three tire products performed exceptionally well in the same operating conditions, including operation time, running route, loading, and work site, at this coal mine site.

Techking's TK329, TK609, and ETRTV tires demonstrated a higher TKPH value, which proved to be an ideal match for the site's conditions. For instance, TK609 exhibited a TKPH value that was 27% to 43% higher, indicating a lower risk of tire separation and other issues related to heat generation. Furthermore, the wear rate and projected work hours were calculated for these three Techking products used at the site. TK329 had a wear rate of 214.7h/mm and was projected to work for 8802 hours, TK609 for 210h/mm and 7771 hours, and ETRTV for 273h/mm and 11484 hours.
