In July 2024, Zambia's leading integrated copper producer, operating underground and open pit mines and metallurgical plants, experienced a surge in tire consumption. In response to this challenge, Techking, a frontrunner in mining and construction tire solutions, was invited to conduct a comprehensive survey of the underground mine operations and provide actionable tire management advice to enhance efficiency.

Upon invitation, Techking conducted an in-depth survey of the underground mining site. Our team of technical experts provided tire management suggestions aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing tire wear and tear. The recommendations were based on a thorough analysis of the mining conditions and tire performance data.

From the data provided by the customer, Techking's 18.00R25 ETSM tire demonstrated a 25% performance increase over the premium Chinese competitor brand T and a remarkable 53.3% increase over brand SL in the anterior position. Building on this success, Techking introduced an upgraded product, the 18.00R25 PROLHD, expected to deliver a 30% performance improvement.
