On November 26, the bauma CHINA 2024 exhibition was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This exhibition has attracted over 3,400 enterprises from 32 countries and regions, with an expected attendance of more than 200,000 visitors from over 130 countries and regions. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of new products and technologies have been showcased at the grand exhibition.

To showcase the strong capabilities of its application-specific tires to a global professional audience, Techking makes a spectacular appearance with an all-star lineup. The mining and construction tires, which vary in purpose, pattern, and applications, have attracted a large number of visitors to stop at our booth and learn more about the products. With the professional introductions from Techking, the audience have been deeply impressed by Techking's "application-specific and trustworthy" brand image.

Highlight 1: All-application

Since the working conditions in the mining and construction industries are enclosed, complex, and harsh, and different types of vehicles operating in various ways face distinct challenges, Techking has already developed seven major product lines based on our capability of application-specific tire development.

In this exhibition, to meet the differentiated demands of customers from the mining and construction sectors, Techking presents a total of 13 tires that cover all major applications and multiple segmented applications in the mining and construction industries, including wide-body truck tires, ADT tires, underground mining tires, giant RDT tires, loader tires, and crane tires, providing the audience with Techking's comprehensive solutions.

Taking wide-body truck tires as an example, Techking exhibited a total of 5 tire models with 4 patterns, namely ET688, ETOH, ET929 and ETDT2, which cover various applications of wide-body trucks.

Highlight 2: Large-specification

As global engineering machinery OEMs continue launching larger-specification equipment to meet the users' demands for operation efficiency, Techking, gaining insights into the industry trend, has also introduced larger-specification tire products and taken the lead in large-scale usage within the industry.

Regarding wide-body trucks, Techking's 5 products with 4 patterns are all large-specification tires, each boasting its distinctive features.

Regarding underground mining tires, the 35/65R33 ETSM is not only the world's largest-specification tire for underground LHD, but also has been significantly improved based on the excellent service life performance of the previous generation.

Regarding crane tires, 505/95R25 ETCRANE, 445/95R25 ETCRANE and 525/80R25 ETCRANE L are not only featured by larger specification, but also possess the exceptional performance of "safety, durability and longevity". Their comprehensive performance is comparable to that of the tier-one international brands, especially in terms of heat generation control.

In addition, the 33.25R29 SUPER ADT, the ADT tire, 27.00R49 SUPER ROCK, the giant RDT tire, and 35/65R33 ETDL5, the loader tire, are also large-specification tires independently developed by Techking based on application-specific R&D capability. With remarkable performance in long service life, low failure rates, etc., these tires have won high recognition from the world's top mining and construction machinery companies.

Highlight 3: Electrification

Given the previous successful cooperation and the shared anticipation of electrification trends, Techking and YIMU jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement for electric mining truck tires on the opening day, to contribute to green development in the industry. "In the future, both parties will work closely together under the shared goals to bring more possibilities to the construction of green mines," said Flora, Vice President of Techking.

Previously, Techking's ETOH and ET668 tires have successfully been the OE support for YIMU's EM200 mining truck. At this exhibition, EMSUNTOUR, the underground mining equipment brand under YIMU, showcased electric devices such as 42-ton underground trucks and 6-cubic-meter underground LHD, which are equipped with Techking's 29.5R25 ETNT and 26.5R25 PROLHD tires, garnering a lot of attention at the booth.

Techking has been ahead of the curve in laying out strategies for electrification in technology and product development, continuously enhancing our product power. Currently, apart from YIMU, Techking also provides tire solutions for electric mining trucks from major manufacturers such as XCMG, SANY, and TONLY. 

Highlight 4: Amazing Activities

In addition to the surprisingly superior products, Techking also meticulously organizes various engaging activities at the exhibition, including capsule machine games, wonderful dances, and a unique beer bar at the booth, allowing visitors to unwind and enjoy the exhibition, thereby conveying Techking's enthusiasm and vitality to the visitors.
