Techking has won unanimous recognition in Pakistan’s heavy truck market for its excellent tire performance. In the summer of 2021, two Pakistani customers used to use other brands’ tube-type tires and started their trial tests of Techking 315/80R22.5 TKST VII tubeless tires in their transportation business.

As tubeless tires do not use inner tubes, the air is filled directly into the inner cavity of the outer tire, eliminating friction between the inner and outer tires, allowing heat to dissipate from the rim, and reducing the temperature by more than 20% compared to tube-type tires.

One customer mounted sixteen pieces of 315/80R22.5 TKST VII on the FAW J5M, and the other mounted eighteen pieces on the Nissan Diesel. Both tests were operated under similar conditions, especially for speed, one-way distance, and road conditions, despite the load capacity of the first customer being below 100% while the other is right at 100%.

Thanks to its anti-deformation crown design, 315/80R22.5 TKST VII provides a low rolling resistance structure that improves the cushioning performance of the tire and prolongs its service life. More importantly for the customer, it brings more driving safety and reduces fuel consumption.

Though the two trail tests are still in progress, we are confident that our tires can benefit these two customers. The Techking local team will work closely with local customers to track our tire performance.
