The Peruvian market is one of the most important markets for Techking. We have been operating the business in this country since 2007. We are leading in the quality of our products in the construction and mining industry.

In July 2022, Junior Guzman, our professional tire specialist who heads the Techking technical sales department, together with Federico Fei, our business-developed manager, started their travel to different regions of Peru. The purpose of this travel is to assist the local distributor to visit their end-user and understand their current demands.

In the city of Cajamarca, in the northwest of the country, we had the opportunity to visit several fleets of our end-users and pointed out several tire issues. The most significant one was the improper tire application. For instance, the heavy load transportation fleets work on 100% on-road conditions, while they used mixed-road tires on both fronts and drive axles for several years. 

“Right Tire to Right Application” has been the main concept in Techking, we provide our customers or end-users with application-specific tire solutions. According to the current situation, we recommended them Techking SUPER DM for the front position and Techking TKAM II for drive axles. Besides, the recommendations for tire maintenance and air pressure maintenance training are also useful. In this way, we help customer improve working efficiency and reduces total tire cost for the end-users.

Junior emphasized the importance of sharing information and providing training, which helps increase their knowledge and confidence in safely using Techking tires. “The passion for serving our customers penetrates our daily life, whether we are at home, in the office, or on the site, the professional service is the same", he said.

In addition to business trips, Techking has established a local Techking Service Center in Peru. It keeps following the tire performance and providing in-time maintenance guides and on-site services, to create more value for the end-users. In 2022, we are confident of convincing more local customers with Techking proven quality products and services.
