On Nov. 23rd, the leading supplier of international construction information in the world, KHL Group released the new ICm20 2022 ranking of the world's largest crane manufacturers.

Four Chinese companies including XCMG, Zoomlion, and Sany, occupy four of the top five seats. From the published ranking, XCMG and Zoomlion won respectively the first and second runner-ups as they did last year. While Sany moved up from sixth place to fifth. In last year’s table, the major upheaval was that many companies changed places as a result of the huge surge in sales put on by Chinese manufacturers, despite there being a global pandemic.

In this year’s table, it is less about changes in position and more about exchange rates. Converting the company’s sales figures from their local currencies into US dollars has created a significantly different picture from usual due to big changes in currency exchange rates since last year.

As a company that supplies tires to construction machinery enterprises, Techking has been a solid partner of XCMG, Zoomlion, Sany Group, and other OEMs. We are thrilled to witness their growth in the crane industry.

As early as 2011, Techking's first generation of crane tire ETGC was successfully mounted on Sany cranes as standard tires, which replaced imported tire brands. In 2012, when XCMG was developing the world's largest off-road tire crane of 150 tons, Techking provided TK 33.25-29 for it, through which Techking received lots of positive feedback from XCMG. This is the starting point of cooperation between the two sides, but also the beginning of mutual recognition. In the same year, Techking started to test crane tires in Zoomlion crane equipment and gradually become a stable partner with each other. Currently, Techking is providing professional crane tire solutions and services to XCMG, Zoomlion, Sany, Cargotec, Tadano, and Manitowoc on the list.
