Last December, after the successful automechanika Dubai 2022, Techking's sales force and engineers visited an end user who owns an iron mine and has partnered with us for more than three years in the Middle East.

In this mine, we saw that Techking 18.00R33 ETDT tires were still working in good condition on some of his Komatsu HD325 dump trucks. Even though this is an open-pit iron mine, the roads were cleared and well-maintained. Such roads do not require high cut-resistant capacity but wear-resistant performance. Because of the big tread blocks, ETDT tires adapted to such working conditions well.

Besides Techking tires, this end user also uses global tier-one brands and some other Chinese ones. But he is most satisfied with the total cost of ownership of Techking tires. This is also why Techking takes the large majority in his fleet now. At the end of the visit, the end user told the team about his decision to order ten pieces of 18.00R33 ETDT tires as security stock.

Without any doubt, our visit is successful, not because we received a new order but because we received a satisfactory end user and long-term partnership. As the in-depth implementation of Techking’s ‘Three-lever’ business model, we are confident to provide more value for our end users.
