The seminar with the theme of “Techking New Tire Launching” was held in collaboration with a partner in Malaysia on 17th, Mar 2023. This partner has been cooperating with Techking since 2009 and it has been 14 years since then. Throughout the 14 years of cooperation, both parties have maintained a good relationship with a long-term stable supply.

In 2019, as our 10th-anniversary partner, this customer was also invited to China for 2019, the 4th Global Partner Conference organized by Techking. Techking presented him with a 10th-anniversary gold medal to commemorate the excellent cooperation in the past 10 years and to look forward to the future development between us. In the following years, we continue to work together steadily. In 2023, to promote the further development of both parties and better introduce Techking products to the market, we sorted out a more complete sales line based on local tire usage applications and invited end users to the seminar dinner party to bring more new products to the local market.

To further develop and diversify the tire product line in Malaysia, Techking has launched several new products in this seminar based on the strong interest & demands in earthmoving transport in off-road applications among Malaysian customers. Such poor road conditions put out the high requirements of the load performance of the tires, thus new products like TKST IV, TKAL, and TKAM C were launched in this seminar, ensuring they are a better choice for the local road conditions in Malaysia.

We invited dozens of end users to join our seminar, and everyone was relaxed and active throughout the event, with good feedback. At the seminar, we set up sample tires for end users, including 7.00R16 TKAM C, 215/75R17.5 TKST IV, 295/80R22.5 TKSH III, 295/80R22.5 SUPER DM II and 295/80R22.5 TKDH IV. These five products are all matched with users' actual use applications, including light truck tires, high-speed applications, mixed road, heavy load tires, and so on.

Firstly, our partner’s representative made the opening speech, then Techking salesmen introduced Techking Way and the history of cooperation with the partner. And to let end users better understand the advantages of our products, our technical engineer also came to the scene and professionally introduced our products and warranty policy. The sample tires attracted most clients throughout the whole process. No matter whether before, during, or after the dinner, the clients were incessant to visit and discuss the sample tires we exhibited. To better understand the products, we explained and introduced to the clients the specific conditions and what kind of pattern and size they are suitable for. What’s more, we prepared a souvenir for each client participating in the seminar to welcome their participation.

This partner that we cooperated with in this seminar is senior with many loyal end users local. The seminar gathered a large number of its end users and introduced Techking's products to them extensively, which achieved a very good response, and we got several times more orders than usual. After the seminar, the partner also gave great affirmation of the effect of the seminar.

After the dinner, we continued to keep a close touch with the local end users, to collect the customers’ demands on tire usage. Besides, to better promote Techking’s tire products in Malaysia, we work to advertise in the local magazine "Tyreman" to bring Techking to more users.
