In 2022, at the Bauma, the Techking team engaged in a discussion with a customer from a prominent European building company. The customer expressed their requirement for 750/65R25 and 29.5R25 tires for their Articulated Dump Trucks, among other vehicles.

We were informed that the tires would be utilized in a limestone quarry, where the vehicles would face high-speed heavy-duty uphill tasks. Additionally, the road surface would consistently be wet, and even covered in snow during winter. Considering these road conditions, Techking team recommended our 29.5R25 SUPER ADT tires.

The remarkable 65 mm tread depth and exceptional performance of the 29.5R25 SUPER ADT tire captured the customer's interest, leading them to express their willingness to test Techking tires. Consequently, both parties signed the order in February of 2023.

The Techking European team highly valued this trial order opportunity and demonstrated their professional service capabilities. They ensured timely communication of production progress and conducted on-site visits to inspect the tires for the customer's fleet. We even monitored the operation of one ADT vehicle and observed that the truck maintained its speed even during heavy-duty uphill tasks. As a result, we provided training to the customer regarding potential causes of tire failure and offered suggestions to address their tire usage issues.

The customer expressed great satisfaction with Techking's sincere service. On June 30th, 6 units of 29.5R25 SUPER ADT tires were successfully mounted on one ADT machine and were ready for immediate use.
