In September 2023, our Techking team had the privilege of visiting our long-standing partner in Brazil. This esteemed partner has been working with Techking for over a decade, engaging in mining operations across five states in Brazil. Their annual demand for tires exceeds 10,000 pieces, encompassing more than ten different sizes.

Our primary objective during this visit was to identify opportunities for enhancing our 12.00R24 mining products. We aimed to assist our customer in achieving lower cost per hour (CPH) and cost per kilometer (CPKM), while also minimizing equipment downtime caused by tire failures.

During the visit, our customer presented us with tracking data for Techking’s 12.00R24 ETOT III, which is currently undergoing testing. The customer expressed great admiration for the ETOT III's robust carcass, which can endure the harsh conditions. Furthermore, Techking ETOT III continues to excel in terms of its retreadability. It can undergo the retreading process twice, and in some cases, even up to three times, surpassing the typical performance of its competitors who can only be retreaded once or twice. This exceptional durability aligns perfectly with the customer's requirements for cost reduction and increased efficiency. Based on the data collected, it is evident that Techking’s ETOT III surpasses the performance of the ETOT by a remarkable 20%. Additionally, the customer revealed that Techking’s ETOT and ETOT III would be their top choice for their upcoming purchase of 200 new mining trucks this year.

To gain a deeper understanding of the actual tire performance, the Techking team visited the customer's mine. After inspecting the scrapped tires, we were proud to discover that none of Techking's tires exhibited any quality issues. In fact, the majority of them were still in normal use even after being retreaded twice. Our tires received high praise for their enhanced carcass construction.

This visit served to validate the outstanding performance of the ETOT III and shed light on areas for future improvement and promotion. Techking remains committed to delivering high-quality tire solutions and professional services, thereby creating even greater value for our customers and further strengthening our collaboration with them.
